Our business is located in SW Wisconsin where we house all cap inventory and ship orders from. Shirts may ship from another location nearest you for quickest service.

We ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from our facility in Wisconsin with the most affordable USPS, UPS or FedEx services. Custom branded items typically take 2-3 weeks to process and will then ship if you're not within our free delivery area.

Check your email, we send tracking numbers as soon as your order is fulfilled. If you didn't receive the tracking information, email us at info@beknownbills.com and we will get it to you ASAP.

Sure, as long as it is not a wholesale or custom made item and it's in the condition it was received, with tags and original packaging. You must contact us prior to returning an item to get an approval and return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will be donated to a local charity and you won't get a refund. Period.

If you received an item that was incorrect, damaged, or defective- contact us within 10 days of your order delivery to get a resolution. You will be asked to provide a photo of the item(s) and have the option of a refund or replacement, We will send a call tag to pickup the other item(s).

Not on custom or wholesale items, but retail - yes. If you'd rather have something else from our site, contact us within 10 days of your order delivery to get a return authorization number. Once we receive your item in original condition with tags, we will ship out your exchanged item. You are responsible for shipping charges both ways.

Caps:
All caps are built to standard size. Caps that feature a snapback style closure can accommodate almost any head size. The fabrics are soft acrylic blends of cotton, polyester and feature a moisture wicking sweatband. Flexfit caps are "one size fits all" with a range of 6 1/2" - 7 7/8".

Apparel;
All apparel is a modern fit and if you prefer your clothes baggy, we suggest ordering a size larger than you typically wear.

Caps should be hand washed with cold water and a mild detergent, then air dried. Use extra caution around any leatherette style patches. Any other items will show wash and care instructions on the product listing on our website.
